Attorney Porter is a former Assistant State Attorney who handled cases ranging from misdemeanor DUI all the way to murder during his 2-year tenure. He has been working in the legal field since 1998 and uses his extensive experience to assist clients facing DUI and other criminal charges as well as to protect the rights of those injured in car accidents or in other incidents caused by another's negligence. Attorney Porter also handles cases for clients who hold professional licenses and need an experienced defense lawyer to protect their livelihood.

The team also includes Wendy J. Norman and Adair Rommel, both former Assistant State Attorneys who have prosecuted numerous different criminal cases in jury and non-jury trials. Attorney Norman has since devoted her experience and dedication to handling family law matters for the firm, using compassion and zealous advocacy to help them seek positive results. Attorney Rommel utilizes her more than 8 years of experience as a former prosecutor to handle the firms' criminal and DUI cases as she fights to protect each client's rights and freedom.

For well over a decade, Jason Porter has successfully litigated cases to trial as both a prosecutor and as an attorney representing private clients.
